Your SCOPES For The Week Of July 15th
Aries (March 21-April 19)
Organize your home, your workspace, your car and your thoughts. Being in order this week will help you to get tasks done in a timely manner and with the least amount of stress.
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
Take a good look at yourself in the mirror. Are you feeling and looking as pleasant as you want to be? If not then start to workout diligently and eat healthier. Ten minutes of rigorous exercise or twenty minutes of low impact aerobics a day can help you to increase your physical strength and endurance. Eating at least four fruits a day and two handfuls of veggies can make a huge difference.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
It is time to cleanse your body inside and out. Take a bath in Epsom salts to cleanse the outside of your body and shed the old cells. To cleanse the inside of your body, more specifically your liver, simply drink dandelion tea leaves. The dandelion weeds can be purchased in most grocery stores in the lettuce section. Boil a handful, cool and drink. It may be slightly bitter but try to bare it. If you are not able to get it down then add a spoonful of honey to it.
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Rest and relaxation is always good for the body and it does wonders for the mind. If you have been irritable or feeling under the weather lately, then try getting more sleep if you can. Even just a ten minute nap a day can do more than you realize.
Leo (July 23-August 22)
Be calm and cool with people who are difficult to handle. By getting upset and allowing your emotions to handle a stressful situation, as opposed to ruling it with logic, you risk a chance of creating worse circumstances.
Virgo (August 23-September 22)
Smile sweet Virgo. Do not get frustrated when things do not go your way. Just like a rose takes time to grow, so will you, your ideas, friendships, relationships and healing. Let nature take its course.
Libra (September 23-October 22)
Use determination in all your dealings this week. Do not get yourself down just because a challenge or two rise up against you and halt your plans. It is best to take each road block as a sign that you must use inner strength and determination to keep on keeping on.
Scorpio (October 23-November 21)
Stay away from sweets. Sugar will only make you crave more sugar. Although eating sugar may make you feel good at first, it will most certainly cause an adverse reaction to your health. Healthy natural sweeteners are available. Do some research and find out which one is the best for you.
Sagittarius (November 22- December 21)
Eating too much meat is not good. As a matter of fact, if you can refrain from eating meat for five days even ten days, then do it. You will feel lighter, and by the third day you will feel less aggravated by things that would normally upset you.
Capricorn (December 22-January 19)
Take your time to explain your side of things. If you rush what you are saying then you may miss some of the most important parts of what needs to be expressed.
Aquarius (January 20-February 19)
You have the power within you to change your circumstances. All you have to do is first make a plan then work towards it and then stick to it.
Pisces (February 20-March 20)
Your fears are only real if you allow them to be. The reality within you is what corresponds outside of you and eventually manifests into a mirror of your beliefs. Believe in good things and good things will unfold.
