Your SCOPES For The Week of April/1st

Aries (March 21-April 19)
Do what you can and leave the rest for later. If you overextend your energy then you will put your health at risk and your mood swings will cause your personal relationships to be rocky. If you have to tackle a huge task and you have no choice but to finish it, then at least take a rest every so often to get up and stretch, refill your glass with some H20, and after you have a moment to replenish then start again.

Taurus (April 20- May 20)
Somebody is thinking about you. This person is quite dominant and self-centered. They will actually contact you to tell you something which is irrelevant to your life, or they will ask a favour. Do not reply if you know this person is not the greatest influence. If they are okay but you still do not want to have anything to do with them because you have burned that bridge, then reply, but very briefly and keep on moving.

Gemini (May 21- June 20)
Say it how you feel. There is no harm in expressing yourself. There is a simple trick, however, when expressing yourself and that is by doing it with consideration and self respect. But you already know this right Gemini?! Just keep it in mind when involved in a passionate discussion.

Cancer (June 21- July 22)
What goes around comes around, and even though some people may feel they should be merited for their actions when they hurt others, they will still have to reckon with the law of karma.  

Leo (July 23- August 22)
Sleep deprivation equals mood swings, drowsiness throughout the day and potential bad decision making. Be sure to get a proper amount of sleep this week, otherwise you may fall into the trap of lack-of-sleep-blues.

Virgo (August 23 - September 22)
An ex lover or friend who has disconnected will want to get closer again. They will contact you out of the blue. If you are feeling like this is a good thing, then be sure to respond with readiness and no game playing. On the flipside, if you really want nothing to do with this person, then once again no game playing. Cut to the chase and tell them.

Libra (September 23- October 22)
Let go of the past and move onto the future. Holding onto people, places and things that are really not the best for you will only result in your unhappiness. It will be something like trying to plant seeds in mud, but they need soil to grow, so instead the seeds rot. Expect the same thing to happen when you live life in vain.

Scorpio (October 23- November 21)
Laugh, enjoy life. Living on the edge of emotion and allowing the highs and lows to dictate your daily outcome will only leave you confused and sad. It is best not to get too emotionally involved with the circumstances. Take everything as a learning curve and be strong throughout it all. This way life’s negatives will teach you but they will not beat you.

Sagittarius (November 22- December 21)
You will need to listen to your inner voice and stay away from people who mean you no good. Stay away from foods that mean you no good. Stay away from situations that mean you no good. That means pay attention to your intuition, eat proper and stay far away from drama.

Capricorn (December 22- January 19)
A friend who is a little too sensitive may prevent you from expressing your concerns to them, especially when it comes to their personal life. Well Capricorn, it is not always easy to offer unsolicited advice, however, at times it is vital. So regardless how sensitive they are, give it to them. At the end of the day you are only being a true friend.

Aquarius (January 20- February 18)
Give yourself a hand. You have been doing better than most people would do with only half the stress you have encountered. Allow the stress to make you stronger, and deal with it in way that you will be smarter from it all. Allowing the stress to bother you will make your cortisol levels rise, and that is really not a good thing if you are trying to shed a few pounds.

Pisces (Feb 19- March 20)
Do your best. That is all you can do and if your best is not good enough for others then hey, what more can you do for them if you are already doing your best?! Do not beat yourself up.
