Towering Inferno

For about 6 hours gusting winds fanned the flames, which burned hot upon the 24th floor of 200 Wellesley Street. Secondary fires resulted from falling debris. The smoke filled the halls as 100 firefighters answered the 6 alarm call. 14 people taken to hospital, including three firemen and 3 children. 30 stories emptied and hundreds of people evacuated as the structural integrity of the building comes into question.

My thoughts and prayers are with the injured and displaced. That the injured heal quickly and that the homeless find their way home - and that their homes are still their to welcome them.
